NOTE: In the Eight Disciplines of Yoga, "Meditation" is technically translated as Dharana but now is used in a general Sense to encompass all Sorts of Spiritual Disciplines. The Galdor below is best thought of as a Dharana Mantra. The Galdor's Purpose is "know you are not the mind". It's deeper UnFoldment is the "Silence ToBe".

breath OUT completely "I am not my Thoughts"
(breath IN completely)
breath OUT completely "I am not my Thoughts"

(REPEAT CYCLES FOR 15 MINUTES)

If you are sitting in a Lotus or Half Lotus Pose the Breath should expand from your Muladhara Chakra which is located in the Perineum, the Area between the Anus and the Genitals.

In most other Positions, including Walking, Laying Down or Sitting as in Chinese Meditations, the Breath should expand from the Soles of your Feet.

Your Concentration should be focused on the Galdor.  The Mind or what western Psychology may call the Ego, will continually try to take you away from the Galdor with all sorts of Tricks, Deceptions & tempting you with GOOD & BAD Thoughts. If Thoughts arise, DO NOT FIGHT THEM, just gently bring your Concentration back to the Galdor.
