I have found MSM very helpful in my life and I use it on a regular basis. When I was around forty years old I started getting knee and arthritis problems. ALL-HALLOW-EVE 2009

I Celebrated d Holy Day of All-Hallow-Eve at DMMDI last Sunday at NEUTRAL. DJ DARKNESS VISIBLE brilliantly brought back to life an assortment of Dead Talent w of course an accent on his Specialty, d Gothic Genre. Probably most “Goths” at Neutral where unaware but this Night was not only in it’s Homage to d Dead Authentic but also in it’s Timing. In Essence All-Hallow-Eve is one of d Holy Days that d Indigenous People of Northern Europe celebrated on d Eve of a Full Moon. Before Judeo-Christian Colonialization, before SUN DAYS, there was Full MOON NIGHTS that People of Northern Europe used for their Holy Days. D best Example is d Fertility Rite of what we know as Easter. Easter is calculated as d first Sunday after d first Full Moon after d Vernal Equinox. All-Hallow Eve was probably determined by being d First Full Moon after d Fields n Live Stock had been Harvested for d Winter. This was a Celebration of Death sustaining Life. Normally Middle Earth was protected by Walls of Psychic n Social Behavior but now these Walls where undermined by d Blood Lust of d Reaper. This not only made it possible to contact Dead Ancestors but it also allowed Horrible Things that feed on Fresh Middle Earth Souls to come through. The Best defense for d average Middle Earthling was to fight Fire w Fire. This was a Time to dress up as a Ghost to frighten all those Ghosts. Normal Rules of Behavior and Laws where dropped. Kids made it a Point to get even with some Nasty Neighbor. They put a bags of Burning Shit on Front Door n got a good Laugh when hated Neighbors tried to put it our w their Feet. D Nobler, d Wealthier, d Better. Adults released fantasies n desires that had been building up through out d Year. Taboos dealing with Sex n Death where suspended n once more danced w each Other in d Eternal Dance until Sunrise. Today we blame our “Bad” Behavior on being Drunk but our Ancestors new better. THEY BLAMED NO ONE! They simply went on with their life as before, refreshed w a renewed Life from d Dead.

FOCUSING ON D THIRD EYE FOR ANXIETY ATTACKS COULD BE HARMFUL.

In my Experience bringing more Energy up to d ODING’S EYE (Third Eye) through PRANAYAMA (Breath Control) can be very beneficial but more likely cause Energy Problems. In d case of let’s say an Anxiety Attack using PranaYama to focus on Oding’s Eye n exhaling into d Universe can relieve d Attack by giving it Direction n Purpose but in my Opinion it is better to bring yourself into a State of NO-THOUGHT of NO-THING-NESS. If U can not put YourSelf in that Meditative State then I would use a Grounding Meditation. A Grounding Meditation that I like is putting my Feet in Shoreline Sand which is just beneath d Water of an Ocean or Lake n then use PranaYama to bring Breath n hence ‘Negative’ Energy down through to d Center of d Souls of my Feet n out into d Ocean-Earth-Universe. (Standing or Laying in d Bath Tub can be used as a Substitute) When I breath in I think of ‘Positive’ Energy coming from d Universe-Earth-Ocean-Feet n slowly Permeating through out My whole Body. If U have not mastered d Rudolf Meditation then U can think of YourSelf as some Primeval Plant growing out of d Water being ‘rocked’ back n forth by a light Breeze coming off d Waves.

I always find a disconnect w how Big Brother Media portray d 60 n 70 that I grew up in. Their Programing concentrates on d World d Band Steppenwolf portrays in their Song “Pusherman” where bad ass Pushers n good herb smoking Dealers where both delusional aberrations of a well OILED Society. For me It was d Mistikal Moody Blues meeting d European long suppressed Shadow of Dracula. Dracula's Race "bore down from Iceland d fighting spirit which Thor n Wodin gave them, which their Berserkers displayed to such fell intent on d seaboards of Europe, ay, n of Asia n Africa too, till d peoples thought that d werewolves themselves had come." -Dracula ch3
There was a certain re-vitalization of Society that we felt at that Time. Hippies, Punks, Goths Vampires where all tapping into some vital Rebellion against d New World Order. Keeping d Populations under a Big Brother Dictatorship by fighting Communism in Vietnam wasn’t working. Big Brother re-framed this Rebellion away from d Ruling Elite and reprogrammed it back to fighting Nazis which had worked in d Past. Hitler was now alive n living in Antarctica n running a huge Network of Nazis who wanted to exterminate d “Untermensch” just like today where Ben Laden is alive n hiding out in Caves running a huge Terror Network to destroy d Infidels. Big Brother re programmed d Populations in d 60’s n 70’s so Blacks needed to fight Nazi Crackers, Gays needed to fight against Nazi Breeders, Women against Nazi Misogynists, etc. Society was turned against itself n no longer had d Vision or Strength to fight d New World Order. Yes I am definitely in another World now but I do have first Hand Experience in that "beautiful nostalgic" Era. One of d Mantra's of d Time was don't trust anyone over 30 because we where smarter n better. We refused to learn from our Elders n where doomed to repeat their mistakes. Now we live in a very sick World that is a Result of our Arrogance n Stupidly. D Question is will d next Generation learn from their Elders or r they going to fall asleep in some Nostalgic Dream of a Past they have not Personally Experienced.
As long as U persist in denying my Emotions n Feelings that r Empathetic n Complementary to People who grew up in d 60’s n 70’s U will be able to Frame my Issues as some kind of Competition t your Opinions but b incapable of understanding what I am really saying.
