If you are sitting in a Lotus or Half Lotus Pose the Breath should expand from your Muladhara Chakra which is located in the Perineum, the Area between the Anus and the Genitals.
In most other Positions, including Walking, Laying Down or Sitting as in Chinese Meditations, the Breath should expand from the Soles of your Feet.
Your Concentration should be focused on the Galdor. The Mind or what western Psychology may call the Ego, will continually try to take you away from the Galdor with all sorts of Tricks, Deceptions & tempting you with GOOD & BAD Thoughts. If Thoughts arise, DO NOT FIGHT THEM, just gently bring your Concentration back to the Galdor.

This global phenomenon has never been noticed before, but frogs, toads and newts all like to mate by moonlight.
The
animals use the lunar cycle to co-ordinate their gatherings, ensuring
that enough males and females come together at the same time.
In doing so the creatures maximise their spawning success and reduce their odds of being eaten.
Details of the discovery are published in the journal Animal Behaviour.
Biologist
Rachel Grant of the Open University was studying salamanders near a
lake in central Italy for her PhD in 2005 when she noticed toads all
over the road, under a full Moon.
"Although
this might have been a coincidence, the following month I went along
the same route every day at dusk and found that the numbers of toads on
the road increased as the Moon waxed, to a peak at full Moon, and then
declined again," she says.
..."We analysed the data, and found a lunar effect at all three sites," Grant says.
For
example, the common toad (Bufo bufo) arrives at all its breeding sites,
mates and spawns around the full Moon. The common frog (Rana
temporaria) also spawns around the time of the full Moon.
...The
researchers have also looked at historical data collected in Java on
the Javanese toad (Bufo melanostictus) and found that it too mates by
the lunar cycle, with females ovulating on or near to the full Moon.

Unsworth favoured a "black polo neck jumper and full-length skirt, for which she would be "spat on by the beer boys".
It could be tough, but being a goth can open up a world where art, current affairs and literature are embraced and openly discussed, perhaps paving the way for future networking. Unsworth remembers debates about "current affairs, Oscar Wilde, decadence, hairspray ..." "There was a lot of Edgar Allan Poe and Bram Stoker," remembers Porter. "It was better than the Sun." For Hosein, it was Quentin Crisp and "The Day of the Triffids. Anything involving horror and death."

Some took the whole thing very far. Hosein once lived in Headingley, Leeds; he remembers that students would enrol at Leeds university specifically because the town housed gothic kingpins (and his neighbours) the Sisters of Mercy. So perhaps parents shouldn't be too worried that a new generation of goths is cropping up again. There's a goth couple on Coronation Street. Hosein's bands include Black Wire, who wear black eyeliner, winklepickers and sound a lot like the Sisters of Mercy, although they had never heard them until they started rifling through his record collection. For some goths - who run T-shirt businesses or enterprises such as Whitby's biannual Gothic festival - goth can become a livelihood as well as a way of life. Louise (she prefers not to give her surname) works in credit risk in Leeds. Aged 34, she got into goth music 17 years ago and now has tickets for the upcoming Sisters of Mercy tour. She reckons about "four or five people" at her workplace are former goths. "There's a kind of gaydar that lets you spot them." Goalard the dentist is now 39 but refuses to wear the white smock, preferring to top his boots with a black uniform. Faithful to the last, he plays Nine Inch Nails and Killing Joke songs as he drills.
"It never entirely leaves you," says Unsworth. "I still look at the world of beer boys and Tories and feel a beating heart of darkness."

I love Gothic, Sci-fi, Vampire, Witch, Rune & Tolkien Genres in Movies like "BLADE RUNNER", "MATRIX", "BATMAN BEGINS", "UNDERWORLD", "DRESDEN FILES", "PERFECT CREATURE", "LORD OF THE RINGS." & my Favorite the Long Version of "DUNE". It probably started reading Bram Stoker, when his Book "DRACULA" penetrated the pristine veneer of my Judeo-Christian Matrix & enraptured me into a deeper world of dark white bliss. I had similar feelings with Hesse's "Demian" and Bronte's "Wuthering Heights" but Dracula really possessed me with The QUESTION Of DEATH. How can the Christian Light destroy the Night? How can our finite sun/son destroy the infinite power of the DARK SIDE of the universe that gave it life & is continuously creating & destroying countless other suns/sons? How can I make the darkness conscious? These questions reawakened something in me, which others may call Gothic Mysticism & what I have learned to call the “XOTING”.
